SB 113 may hit the Senate floor very soon, and we need you to CONTACT YOUR SENATORS!
Proposition B cannot be enforced as written. Prop. B is an unfunded mandate and is in direct violation of our state constitution. Changes MUST be made to address substandard operations while protecting the rights of law abiding citizens and our Missouri economy.
Proposition B is a threat to our freedom, our economy, and
our food supply! Passage of Senate Bill 113 is a critical step in the effort to stop Humane Society of the U.S. and protect Missouri agriculture.
We must take action now and urge our state legislators
to support SB113.
